Purchase Saffron
Golden Thread Farm is proud to introduce pure Vermont-grown saffron. We harvested our first crop of this legendary spice in 2018. The result was such a success, that we increased production in 2019, and are now able to offer our saffron for sale.
At Golden Thread Farm, we raise Crocus Sativus, known as the saffron crocus. In late fall, we harvest the blossoms by hand, one at a time. We then carefully separate the red stigmas, which we dry, cure and package for sale.
Golden Thread Farm offers pure Vermont-grown saffron in two sizes: 1 gram and 1/4 gram.
We will ship to any location in the United States for the flat rate of $5.00. We also offer free delivery in the Stowe, Vermont area. Please email Brian to arrange local delivery.
